It’s like a hidden place a bit away from the crowded place. You need a bit of time, but you will get the best food, promise! We were four people and you get the soup as starter from the house. Spectacular dinner. 10/10 no notes. We ordered the pecorino with honey and pear and the tartufo crostini, pici alla nando, tagliatelle with tartufo and another with rabbit ragu, and fusilli arrabbiata. We all shared the Florentine steak and potatoes. The food was so flavorful and out quickly. Service was excellent. A good mix of tourists and locals. Must visit!

It was their gnocchi of the day. They also gave complimentary soup as a starter which was amazing as well. Honestly 10/10. Also, very very very fair prices! I don’t think I will ever stop thinking about this pasta. Wow! 🤩 The waiter was also pretty dry and funny, which I liked and it added to the whole experience quite positively.- Cibo

This is a truly authentic feeling Italian restaurant, equally full of neighbourhood locals and tourists. The rabbit ragu is delicious! Just watch out for bones. Prices are great for the quality.

I visited this restaurant last summer, on a particularly hot day in July. I don’t know if it was the location of the restaurant or just that it got a bit windy by dinnertime, but we felt a refreshing breeze while dining outside, which was a great bonus to the wonderful meal we had there.
As for the dishes – as many people have already mentioned in their reviews – the pici con ragù di cinghiale is a must-try. We also had an antipasto with local cheese, salumi, and prosciutto – everything was top quality.

In just 4 days in Siena, we came back here three times – that says it all! Authentic Italian atmosphere, excellent food and house wine. Highly recommend the filetto di vitello an tagliata with rucola and mushrooms – simply perfect. Friendly and professional service made everything even better. We will definitely come back again when we return to Siena.

My fiancée and I dined here in June '25 during our stay in Siena. The folks were very warm and friendly and the food was outstanding. The Osso Bucco alla Siena was my favorite dish I had throughout my entire stay in the town. The Panzanella - served on the house - was the most unique and delicious thing I tried for the first time. A perfect texture and vibrant, fresh bite.

The sweetest waiters and the yummiest pasta! We had a lovely lunch here and they couldn’t have been more accommodating. Highly recommend if you’re visiting the area, the porcini risotto was incredible! Wish we lived closer and could enjoy it more.

We came here 6 years ago and had to come back to this gem. Awesome authentic food. It's off one of the main streets in Sienna, and lots of locals eat here. We had different pasta dishes, along with the Florentine steak, which is the best in the region. The service is the best as well. It's a must eat.

Lovely, quiet spot with excellent food. My vegan partner wishes she had had the minestrone, but did enjoy her entree. Service was personal and excellent. Highly recommended for vegans looking for some very few options that are well prepared.

Excellent food! We had the caprese salad, the truffle pasta and the ribeye steak. All three were incredible! Especially the truffle pasta. Highly recommend!

The best restaurant at Siena. I go for more than 10 years now and remains amazing, with mouthwatering typical Tuscany recipes and top quality products. Gianni is a legend there, polite and generous with everyone. Try the Picci al ragù di coniglio, ragù al cinghiale and bisteccha al fiorentina.

It's such a nice little authentic restaurant tucked away in a small Sienna street. There is much to choose from on the menu. We had pasta and entrecote. Both are very nice! The price is really good as well. So, it's really worth the visit!
What an amazing place! Too bad we discovered it on the last day of our trip. The truffle pasta is delicious! The desserts were top notch. The service is not rushing and really polite and attentive. Beautiful ambience and overall experience. 100% recommend!
